Certificate Issuance

Where this course is completed, the

  1. A Certificate of Attendance will be issued to participants with 70% or more attendance.
  2. A Certificate of Completion will be issued to students who have attained 70% attendance or above and passed the end-of-course assessment.
  3. Students who have successfully passed the end-of-course assessment can apply to the International Association of Professional Dispute Resolution Agents (IADRA) as an “International Professional Dispute Resolution Agent” within 1 year after completion of the course, together with a “Certificate of Completion” or proof of assessment results.
